Glen DeCosta

Vice President of Operations

Glen grew up in New Jersey and moved to the Chicago area as a teenager.  He attended The University of Illinois at Chicago and graduated with a Bachelors Degree of Liberal Arts and Science focusing on Economics. 

Glen began working for Chicago Coin Company in September of 2003.  He runs our trading department, while purchasing coin collections and overseeing daily operations.  He is a member of the Chicago Coin Club, Civil War Token Society and the So-Called Dollar Club.  He is also a life member of the American Numismatic Association and ILNA.

Glen is married to our Logistics Manager, Katie and they are expecting their first child.  They also have a new French Bulldog named Nacho.  He is also a proud Uncle and Godfather.

In his spare time he likes to golf, play poker with friends and watch sports.  He also appreciates a fine wine and a well aged Scotch.
